I go here fairly regularly and the iced coffee is always pretty fresh compared to some other Dunkin locations I've been to. However recently I've been extremely disappointed any time I've ordered donuts from this store. Seems like every time I get a frosted donut from here, I receive it dropped frosting-side down, stuck to the bottom of the bag. All of the frosting peels off and I'm left having to scrape frosting with a knife off the bottom of the paper bag. Huge bummer and just shows a lack of attention or care on the part of the crew here. Horrible place went way down hill. 1 car in line around 630 am. Have to wait 10 minutes for no reason. Order is always wrong. Ordered on the app last 5 times. Something is always missing. Workers just stand around. Play on their phones. Attitude from workers. Gid forbid they have to work. New person at night rap music blasting obscenities. Great for little kids that go in. The kid gets a attitude because he had to make a ice coffee. The management team needs to go and rehire people that want to work. I'll never use thus dunkin again I think corporate needs a call

We ordered today through drive through this avocado toast , and they added special affects see the picture attached, they have hair on top. They offer hair topping as well now. Such a disgusting experience.

Made me wait like 10 mins in the drive thru and still got 2 cold coffees (were supposed to be HOT). There was no one in line so it wasn’t like they were busy.
