The store was quiet and clean. The restaurant manager Sara was nice, kind and ready to serve. She gave customers sincere smiles and welcome customers wholeheartedly. Yuleisi was friendly.They have the best chili. Very good experience. Will go there again.

Customer service here is terrible. Most if not all of the staff speaks little to no English. I made a order on the app for lunch, went to pick it up and the order, and the order wasn't in the system which took fifteen minutes because even the shift manager spoke little English. There was one older lady god bless her who tried her best to help me, but couldn't because she had no manager power and the shift manager was useless and spoke little English. This is a problem because IF YOU LIVE/WORK IN AMERICA YOU NEED TO SPEAK ENGLISH. If the owner of this store reads this hire English speakers in

I hate that I had to stop here as I was on a 12 hour drive. The customer service is horrible, Alejandra the drive through attendant has a horrible attitude and gives the worst service I have had. I don't expect much from fast food workers but to hear her say "I'm about to cuss these people out tonight...." as I was receiving my food. She took my order with an attitude and then treated the person behind me the same way. She doesn't need to be in customer service if she can't control her temper.

the worst experience! i ordered 2 spicy chicken salads and chicken nuggets. when i got home i noticed everything was COMPLETELY RAW. i lost my appetite and felt sick from just looking at it. utterly disappointing and completely NOT OK. do better
