Building is clean since the renovation, food taste good(if you like warm or lukewarm burgers). Staff are swearing at each other, giving minimal verbal or nonverbal feedback to customers(back often turned). Give excuses for length of excessive wait time. Can be oblivious to your waiting for your item. I have had 2 lukewarm, 1 warm, and 1 cold burgers. 3/4 were missing an item(see photo for most recent missing onion rings requested). Order put in at 11:46 and given to me at 12:04.

twice now ordering online ive gotten the wrong item/missing item in my order. employee was cold and annoyed which i understand because they were swamped, but he acknowledged i ordered an oreo shake then handed me whatever this is. also, the coke i ordered was completely flat, kind of a shock because ive never had a flat drink from a freestyle machine before lol

I figured new management, new workers, should be decent quality. I asked for halvsies, half fries half onion rings with my whopper meal. They charged me for a whole separate small halvsies and IT ONLY HAD 3 ONION RINGS! When the window worker was passing me my drink, the lid fell off and almost spilled all over me and in my car. The rodeo burger had NO bbq sauce. I've worked many fast food so I know old meat when I see it and this whopper patty has been sitting out for at least 3 hours.

I was excited for this location to reopen but it been a disaster everything since they've reopened. Food is never fresh, order is always wrong, workers don't seem to give a rats ass about the customers. I ordered chicken fries and got undercooked nuggets.
