After having dinner in Cornelius, we were driving around Davidson and we found ourselves in dire need of a sweet treat upon walking down the beautiful strip that is downtown Davidson we be held the ice cream shop Ben & Jerry’s upon us walking in Trace and Noah immediately greeted us with friendly faces. We had our daughter's birthday party here yesterday and it was the absolute best experience!! The employees were so sweet with the kids, and everyone loved getting a behind the scenes tour of the shop and making their own cookies and tie dye t-shirts. It will be hard to beat the experience I had with Davidson Ben and Jerry’s. The ordering process was seamless. The cake came out perfectly and was ready when I needed it (a crucial thing to keep me on track and sanity intact). The staff was welcoming and referenced that I was a repeat customer, a detail which, while not required, was much appreciated. The Americone flavor was a new one to us but a hit all around. Great team ALL around! I recently purchased a large party pack for my son’s 12th birthday party and the team was fantastic! They were patient, explaining thoroughly and answering all my questions- they even patiently communicated with my son about topping choices! We decided to go in and get some ice cream on his actual birthday and the young lady was so fantastic (and had actually prepped our party pack 2 days earlier than we planned to pick them up) that I decided to buy a second party pack and have NO regrets! 5 stars all the way!
