I’ve been a loyal customer here for over 20 years and have never experienced anything like what happened during yesterday’s visit. I wanted to order the unlimited snackers/soup/salad, and the assistant manager waiting on our table rudely told me that my children weren’t allowed to eat from the snackers basket, claiming there was “no sharing.” Her approach was unnecessarily harsh. So I just ordered the cream of broccoli soup. The broccoli was old, smelled awful, and the soup itself was watered down. I sent it right back. I went here for a meal and it was decidedly average. My chicken Olga wasn’t bad, but it feels like I’ve had better because it was in the dry side. Wasn’t terrible, just wasn’t memorable either.
