The lady who took my order via drive through sounded like she had an attitude & barely wanted to help. I waited 10 minutes to get my food fresh all for my fish sandwich to have old lettuce in it. The fish even tasted like they over cooked it all because I wanted it fresh. I even ordered chili cheese tater totes for them to be soggy. I’m pregnant & if I get sick from eating this I’ll be suing!

Terrible experience!! I love sonic but when I say unacceptable, at all cost. I placed an order for simple items nothing substituted or anything. This burger is pink total no go !. Not to mention the sandwich’s they didn’t even send. I would like for a supervisor to reach out immediately I wouldn’t recommend this location to NO ONE !!

I had one of the worst experiences I have ever had at a fast food restaurant at the Sonic in Dearborn. The food I received was absolutely unacceptable!! my burger was completely smushed, smashed, and looked beyond unappetizing. To make matters worse, my niece actually became sick and started throwing up after eating it. When I called to address the issue, I expected at the very least an apology or some form of resolution. Ordered via mobile app. Order was incorrect once delivered. Went inside to get my order corrected and there was no bell to get the workers attention, so I had to yell because the workers were in the back playing loud music. Also ordered a bacon cheeseburger but the bacon looked off. Apparently this location is halal and doesn't have any pork products. As a customer it would be nice to know that AHEAD of time. Between the incorrect order, and incorrect food, I do NOT recommend this Sonic location.
