Love this coffee shop, would visit more often if I lived closer. It’s almost always busy, sometimes line out the door. I only order the brew which is their Mexican Chiapas. It can get loud in there, but there is a nice vibe all around, at least for me. Their bags of coffee are really affordable. I think their 16 oz bag is just $17.

I went in the first time about a week ago and it was absolutely amazing. I asked for half sweet and it was perfect. I dont like very sugary drinks and they did exactly what I asked! There were a lot of ppl hanging out enjoying the space which I love to see. I'll be going in to try the pastries today of they are open (forgot to look). My coffee was only 5 dollars, thats a great price for great coffee. Also the owner replying to the comments is hilarious. I got a kick out of reading them 😆.

I went during the workweek (Thursday morning) and the shop was really busy. There was a good mix of people; some working we remotely like me, other groups chatting around a table (seemed like a business meeting), older couples out for breakfast, and some on video calls. The indoor lounge area has music that isn't very conducive for work meeting calls, but if you have a meeting-free day, this is a good environment to work from. There are tables outside too and the music isn't quite so loud so you could also do calls out there. Important Note: There are only 2 power outlets in the entire place so make sure that your battery is fully charged. I also didn't see any kids / families, but the crowd may change during the weekend. It seems likely as there were kids books on the shelf near the couches inside.

It is always a great feeling when something surprisingly exceeds your expectations. And it just happened to me a Serafina Coffee today! I recently swore off Star£ucks and have been looking for a replacement. I wasn't looking forward to being disappointed by the typical pretentious, over-priced "upscale" coffee shops I've experienced in the past. I had a very good feeling as soon as I walked in the door at Serafina and was welcomed by the warm, classical, coffee shop vibe & decor. They have the classical coffee offerings and the prices are very reasonable. The service is very friendly and professional. What sealed the deal for me was the choice of background music. (Hint: It was perfect for this baby boomer!) The only thing that could be better is if there were puppies to sit with while enjoying my coffee. Hallelujah, let the heavens open and let the rain fall down. I've found the perfect coffee shop for me!

I've been here a few times and it's a really cute coffee shop and they've always had good customer service but the matcha is absolutely horrible. I've gotten the matcha in the past and it was decent but I just got another matcha today and can't even drink it. It's not a vibrant green color like it should be which tells me they are using poor quality cheap matcha and it tastes like it too. Unfortunately I probably won't be back. ** Definitely will never support this business again after the owners response. They clearly don't know what good matcha is and not everyone can drink coffee. You are extremely rude.

The best coffee, shop and team in all of Arizona. That’s not opinion. That’s fact. :) I’m part of a business group that meets here weekly and every single time it’s a beautiful experience. The owner, Damian, is a super human who treats every member of the community and every person on his team as if they are the most important person in the world. Add to it that they have amazing coffee, snacks and a beautiful atmosphere and it’s clear why Serafina is doing so well. Every business owner could learn from him. And every person in Arizona should make this their go to spot. I’ve been 50 times and will be back every week (sometimes multiple times a week) as long as the doors open. Your communism’s your employees love you Damian. We also love the team. You’re all amazing and deserve all the success you can handle.
