What a terrible night. I get to this place at 10:18 P.M. I wait in line for about 20 minutes. Once I get my order in they tell me to wait. I waited another 30 minutes after I put my order in. When they brought the food out, I was expecting the food to at least be warm. I imagine it was super hot because it must’ve been ready. Unfortunately it was cold. Who would’ve thought? This is going to be a long one I did a mobile order around 10pm last night, when I pulled into the drive thru I told them I was picking up my order and they said pull forward to the next window. When I pulled forward they didn’t know who I was picking up for, and when I told them who I was picking up for I was told to pull forward into one of the mobile pickup spots, I sat there and watched multiple people go through the drive thru and leave before someone brought food out to my car. Drive though ladies were absolutely horrible. They charged me for a chili instead of a chocolate shake. No rereading the order back though the speaker. When asked to add a small chocolate frosty they rudely said we dont talk any orders at the window you have to drive around. With the mamager standing right there!!! If I ever catch any sort of attitude like that from my emoplyees...... horrible. Salads were placed in the big on there side where tjey opened upon inspection. Absloutly horrible. 0.1 outta 10. Would not recommend to my worst enemy.

To anyone reading this, do not go through the drive thru unless you plan on waiting for more than 5 minutes to be seen at the pick-up window. Went last Wednesday, March 4, 2026. The drive thru service was absolutely abysmal. An employee had a nearly 10-minute pow wow in the drive thru line with a Black Hyundai filled with people. Pamela, the employee in question, who was also the manager, had her arms crossed, leaned through the pick-up window carrying on a conversation and holding up the line.
