This location is filthy! Upon arriving, it looks completely dark from the outside and there’s no cars in the parking lot, so it’s difficult to tell if they’re open. I walk in and there’s a leak with the Caution signs. I go to the restroom. It’s filthy. There’s pieces of tissue all over the floor and it just doesn’t “feel” clean. The employee had just walked from that area, I believe he was relaxing in the seating area because he jumped when I walked in. One of the better DD in the area if that means anything. They almost always get my order correct which really isn't to hard, but I guess it is for many other locations. Staff is very friendly and never have to wait very long. Updating my review and changing it to 5 stars. Been coming here more often as the other local Dunkin is off their game. I have consistently had terrible customer service experiences at this Dunkin’ Donuts location. The staff are frequently rude, and I have noticed a concerning difference in how they interact with different racial groups. I have had multiple encounters where staff, particularly one Hispanic employee, argue with me about order accuracy. Even when I politely point out mistakes, they respond in a hostile, defensive manner, insisting I am wrong. I have repeatedly raised this issue, but nothing has changed.
