Changed my order without asking. Ordered a large minute made lemonade, got a custom medium lemonade. Ordered large because i was extremely thirsty. Last time i go there. Complained at drive-through to no availe. Needed a large.

The lady at the drive through rushed us through placing our orders, even though the line was not busy. While we may have been slow because we were checking the menu for the first time, we were not rude or giving her any reason to rush us like she did. At the end she asked for our sauce, then told us to pull up to the next window before we gave an answer. An extremely irritating experience, the food was ok (though the "lemonade" was more like lemon water) but did not make up for the aggravating customer service.

I usually order two Jr. Roastbeef sandwiches. One for me and one for my daughter. But today, I was told that sandwich is no longer available. I asked what they have for kids. Sliders were suggested. Who ever designed the slider packaging, needs to redesign it so it has a cover. Or other food shouldn’t be put on top of it! Then the cheese or stuff melted in the bottom. The food tasted very good, very fresh curly fries! And the service was outstanding!

Drive thru worker is incredibly rude. Was in today and maybe she was having a bad day but it's poor form to take that out on your customers. Wouldn't recommend this Arby's location 0/10.
