Today at 4:19PM I was just charged for a "BK Round Up" after I said no. They absolutely knew they did it as well. It's a young man who sounds very professional, and has been here awhile. I was already asked if I wanted to add drinks and said not today. Then I was asked if I was sure I didn't want to add anything like cookies or deserts and I said no again. Then he asked if I wanted to round up "for BK" and I said "Not today" a third time. He then read me the total WITHOUT the round up and a different person at the window gave a different total, THEY JUST ADDED THE ROUND UP COST BECAUSE THEY FE

Stopped by the drive-thru on June 24, 2026, at approximately 6:05 PM. I waited at the speaker for over a minute without any greeting or acknowledgment. I repeatedly said "hello" into the intercom, but still received no response. After waiting a while longer, I pulled up to the window and saw the cashier appearing to be on their phone. Since I was never acknowledged or helped, I decided to leave without placing an order. Very disappointing customer service experience.
