Im not sure if it’s new hires, but every time I go to this dunkin my coffee is totally different. Either no flavor at all or too much oatmilk? I always get a brown sugar espresso but it’s always wrong.

Sunday April 5, 2026 1200pm afternoon. Whomever is working the register in drive thru may God bless you for your lack of competence. Never have I ever had to repeat myself the same order 5 times in a matter of 5 seconds. Not even a joke. How many brain cells did you burn. ?

Whenever I go here, the employees are always rude, or ignore you. It’s always teenagers. I’m a teen and I work fast food as well. Trust me, it’s not hard to help customers and make their food. They’re in the back laughing, chatting, and using their phones while there’s people waiting in line. Donuts are ALWAYS stale, no matter how early I go. Where are the responsible managers/shift lead?? Make the employees do their job or find better ones. Makes me want to apply just to put order there. So annoying

I went to the Drive thru and the machine started by saying “We are closed please visit us when we are open” (Something like that). Then a very rude girl with zero english speaking skills started asking what we want to order (In broken english). I had to literally repeat every word twice to make her understand what I need. When asked for manager the cashier mentioned there is no manager and we dont share info(names) of the reps. There were 3 girls there and all were very rude and unhelpful. Would give negative ratings if allowed.
