The morning crew is great!!!! I went yesterday 4-21-26 around 11:30. I cannot recall the sweet woman’s name that received my payment, at the drive thru window. She was extremely kind, I felt as though I was talking to a friend. I needed my order adjusted and it was taken care of with no problem. The man (Kelsie) that prepared my coffee had such a great attitude as well! I’ll definitely return. Their customer service is splendid!! Thank you morning staff!!!!

I ordered a chai latte and got a stale flavored coffee beverage. I can’t describe how terrible the taste was after expecting a hot sweet chai flavor. This isn’t the first time, just at a separate location. I’ve never had this issue at a Starbucks.

I do not really care for Dunkin’s food….. The service at this location is EXCELLENT though. I went last Thursday around 8:30 in the morning. The woman that took my order, I so appreciated her energy. She was kind, funny and it felt as though she was a friend. Once I reached the window, I asked her name, and she informed me that it’s Chrissy. Chrissy, continue to let your light shine!!! You really uplifted my spirit!!! The morning staff at this location in general, really does a great job!!!! I shall return🙂

I always have an amazing experience when I walk in to pick up my order. Samantha and her crew are always very welcoming and provide excellent customer service to me and others. My order is always correct, I never have an issue. I go almost every day and am always received with such positive energy. They never fail to make me smile in the mornings.
