The manager here is beyond unprofessional. I paid $60 for a drive thru order to feed my kids. The order was missing a fry. I went inside and stood there for 10 minutes before I had to catch the attention of one of the workers, who happened to be the manager. I let the manager know I was missing the fry and that I had been waiting with my kids sitting outside. He was immediately snarky and said “well I’m the only one up here”. I said I understand but my kids are outside in the car. He gave me a fry in a bag, and when I got home I saw that he barely filled it. Obviously done on purpose because I

All in all a pleasant experience. The guy taking my order and ultimately collecting money was quite nice and polite. You don't get a lot of pleases and thank yous anymore. The food was fresh and tasty as well.

Uber Eats order, fist driver said staff was too busy fighting each other to make my order. Second driver brought my food rather quick. It had so much hair in the food I could have made a wig.

This location always seems to be on point. Though they get busy at lunch time, they handle the load fairly well it seems every time that I'm here. Edit: Saw an issue today where a customer that was in line was too impatient to wait for their food to be made fresh as they asked. After waiting a couple minutes they demanded a full refund. Both Nate and Lily handled the situation professionally and continued on working diligently on all the other many orders without missing a beat.
