Terrible customer service!!! I was picking up an Uber Eats and the gentleman at the register (long brown hair, light beard, and heavy set) brushed me off by telling me they were working on it. 15 -20 mins went by and after 4 customers and 2 other drivers came by. No one said anything to me. I am hard to miss. I am 5’10. I went back up to the counter and the young lady said the food was back there whole time and the other employee did not tell her. Horrible!! To all food chain locations, must I remind you! Drivers are potential customers too! This was a really bad experience because I lost time

Staff here are always very kind and do their job exceptionally, even in the closing hour. For fast food, it is well made and delicious. I would caution that they can sometimes forget the fountain drink, but I personally don't care about having one.

I ordered French toast and it was very very undercooked- it was raw (there is a difference between slightly undercooked and raw). I told them about it and they said “this is how we normally cook it”. Poor customer service. I definitely will not return to this location and I don’t recommend this location to anyone.
