My experience at this location is Always wonderful. I order my food through the mobile app. I wasn't parked fully before my food was being brought to me. Mrs. Stephanie is Truly the best. She is hands down the best worker and managers there. She always greet all the customers with a Smile. She provides Excellent Customer Service. The food was hot, fresh, and absolutely delicious. To start two of the employees had a friend blocking the pick up counter, talking loudly over patrons, and trying to show the workers stuff on his phone. This slowed down the workers and the guy putting my order together tremendously. Very rude and unprofessional. I checked to make sure I got all of my sauces but I didn’t think I would have to check the entire order. I got less than half full fries on everything. I watched the guy at the counter pull the fries before they were ready (I work in a restaurant as a sous chef) so they were entirely soggy and drenched in oil. I was wringing oil out o
