Not open 24 hours on Friday even though they falsely advertise it…big disappointing lie that made me waste time and gas. Takes about 2 minutes to update the times but this location doesn’t care to update it. Amateur hour over here and extremely misleading/disappointing/waste of my time and gas. I guess I should feel good though at least because when they are open they are extremely rude here…so I guess it’s better it’s closed so my night won’t be ruined with this locations horrible rude customer service. C’è la vie…

Well for the third time on 5/24/26. I was sold a biscuit, only the biscuit. I order a sausage biscuit with egg and cheese. They put a dry biscuit only in the bag in drive through. I will not be going to this McDonald's ever again. I dont care if they are going to pretend to comp a meal in return. They dont do that for you either. Even with recipe in hand from previous vist. Im done. The McDonald's in park ridge and niles are a thousand times coherent on your order..thanks for the BISCUIT. LAST TIME I GET RIPPED OFF. In total over the 8 years I lived near this McDonald's. Im probably owed 50

This place is constantly moving slow. Multiple times the drive thru moves so slow or not moving at all. You go inside, you still have to wait. MCD is supposed to be fast food yet everyone in there moves with no urgency. You waste your whole lunch time waiting for your food going here. The food is the same as you expect from a MCD so that's the only reason that I gave it 2 stars. I'd go to a different MCD if there was one closer.
