Absolutely unacceptable. Employees denied use of the restroom unless you bought something first. That’s not “policy,” that’s poor hospitality and a complete lack of basic human decency. Any food establishment that treats bodily needs as a sales tactic doesn’t deserve customers. There are plenty of places that understand respect and common courtesy…this is not one of them. Not to mention it was filthy, so no one wants to order food there. Avoid.

I came through the drive thru and was greeted so well and actually glad the young lady(Joselyne ) ask me if I want to try the new mozzarella sticks and lol they sweet with a little bit kick of spice but my point was this is my favorite jack in the box in dfw , store is always Clean , food always hot and drive Thur moves quickly. Thanks so much miss joselyne for your great service and continue to make others smile . Yall will always get my money at this location

food is normal Jack in the Box quality; employees are helpful and knowledgeable of their jobs. Only real complaint is they don't sale unsweetened tea. When asked I was told they only had one container for tea (which seems like an easy fix but it's been months)

I want to say I rarely write reviews but this was unacceptable, I am a Manager so customer service should be held to a certain degree but I came to this Jack-In-The-Box on Thursday night and ordered a Cheeseburger combo with Fries & a Sprite. When they gave it to me I tried some of the fries and they were NASTY, I’m talking about I could not even eat them, I spat them out. They were soggy, undercooked, cold, and tasted frozen still. When I tried to exchange them they would not help me or assist me, they were rude, they would not exchange them, and the manager told me if I did not leave that sh
