Was horrible, took forever to get our order. The new French dip royal was really bad, bun so soggy with sauce it was not even edible. Almost 14 bucks...my advice for this price go get a real French dip from a sit down restaurant

A convenient location off Sprague if you're in Spokane Valley. I used the BOGO promotion in the app and ordered in the mobile app, but then stopped by in-person and dined in. Both sandwiches tasted pretty good. The condiments/customization was mostly done correctly, but they did drop the crispy onion strings (if they were out, they should've simply told me so). The place is spacious and quiet; a good place to grab a quick bite alone or to stop by with kids or friends. The person who made my Buffalo Chicken Sliders must be having a horrible day. Or they just genuinely hate their customers/job. I ordered through door dash. I live only 2 minutes from this location, so "sitting" isn't an excuse for how my food showed up. Both Buffalo Chicken Sliders were completely SOAKED through the wrapper. Who does that? I couldn't eat them... couldn't even get them open without the wrapper falling apart. This is just such a jerk thing to do.
