I had a really great experience at this Taco Bell tonight. It was so refreshing to have an actual person taking the drive-thru order, and he was incredibly friendly and helpful. He listened to what I was in the mood for and made suggestions that were spot on. I also had a few special requests with my order, and everything came out exactly right. The service at the window was genuinely kind and welcoming too. Overall, this was a really positive experience from start to finish. Great customer service makes such a difference!

All like he’s going to in the past me and my husband have gone to this Taco Bell and it’s always been a great experience but in the last two weeks it has been terrible. We ordered 10 tacos three days ago and we did not get one sauce in the bag so we had to travel back to go get it. And to top it all off today we go to Taco Bell. There are two other patrons waiting in the drive-through and it’s closed with no sign absolutely terrible.

Wife went today on 06/03/2026. She ordered me 2 hard shell taco supreme and she also ordered 2 taco salad and a hard shell regular taco. The receipt said hard shell taco supremes. I got 2 soft shell taco supremes that were ice cold and mind you it is 80 degrees outside. The tortillas were ice cold. She threw her taco salads out because the meat was ice cold. This place will get you sick with their food.

I have experienced consistent disappointment with my visits to this Taco Bell location. Despite repeatedly informing the staff that I can not have tomatoes due to a severe sensitivity, I have received items with tomatoes three consecutive times, which is concerning. Tonight, I ordered a single taco with a few additional options, such as potatoes and extra sauces. However, when I received the order, I noticed that the taco contained no seasoned beef. I am puzzled by the repeated minor yet significant mistakes, regardless of whether I go through the drive-thru, walk in, or place the order onli
