Had a great Brunch over here at the Black Bear Diner! Atmosphere is always great, with the log-cabin-esque decor and service is always great! Girlfriend got the roast beef hash, and I got the volcano pancakes. I highly recommend both... If you have a big appetite lol 😆! Speaking of recommendations, this particular location is quite busy, as are most of the sit-down restaurants in the vicinity that serve breakfast. My coworkers and I come here all the time after work Sunday mornings and our server Misty always hooks it up! She's always on top everything and is super sweet and fun to be around. She makes the atmosphere super comfortable, and is a huge reason why we keep coming back along with the food tasting so yummy! It's become a tradition and almost a mission to try everything on the menu every Sunday!

The service was horrible. They ran out of corn on our to go orders and instead of telling us, they gave us nothing. We then had to go back inside just to get our sides and waited over 20 minutes for them. I understand places get busy, but this was beyond that. The entire operation felt completely unorganized. I would never waste my time here again. The service was awful. Meat was nothing but fat - no flavor I asked for no onions and celery yet they still had it in the food. Just unfortunate that it was a bad experience 50 dollars later

The food was great and our waitress Ella with her big friendly smile was amazing!! She was on the spot helping us order dinner. Paid attention if we needed anything and promptly had it on the table. Ella really made a difference in making our meal and time at Black Bear be a great experience. She was a friendly and happy waitress that really had it together. We’ll be back to Black Bear Diner again!!!
