Feb 12th 2026 1:30 pm. I was greeted very kindly by two associates. Being undecided on what to order I asked for recommendations.. needless to say the food was outstanding! The service was awesome. This location always goes above and beyond. The owners are very fortunate to have a staff like this.

It makes me sad to leave a 1 star review because I love kneaders, but lately the portions for the turkey salad are inconsistent. This is what I order 80% of the time and the portions are all over the place. I paid $15 for a large salad so I can get more protein than the regular plate. I’m so disappointed.

This location used to be great. Accomdating, helpful and was a frequent stop. They must have new management because it is awful now. A simple request such as can I have kneader sauce instead of mayo on my sandwich was met with no you cannot. It's not possible. This is not the first time there has been such a laughable denial. So I know it isn't just a new employee. Find another location. Or go somewhere else.

Went through the drive through yesterday to pick up raspberry tarts for a holiday , get together scheduled for today. When we got home ,opened the box , and this is what we got. Raspberry tarts stuck to the lid on the inside of the box and raspberry stuff on the outside top of the box. I'm not sure who thought this was acceptable to give to a customer. What a disappointment. We expected more. Dosent look like we will ever order or eat from here again.
