Terrible service . Hours misleading . Gave 50 dollar bills for a purchase of 30 and apparently that was took big of a bill, some of us still carry cash. when I said I can use my card but I have to make a quick transfer . The guy at the drive through responded with “ I’d rather you not do that , I have a line “ okay?!!! Then why complain in the first place . I’ve been to better locations than this one .

Clean bathrooms but "new policy" in place says you cannot order a cup of water, sit in the sitting area, or use the outdoor seating unless you are spending money here" Despite if you decide you want something after getting settled, if you don't order when you walk in, you aren't allowed to stay. Definitely will not be returning, I used to love coming to this location bc it's quiet and spacious to work in, which was allowed even if you didn't order anything. We went around Starbucks downtown but found only Discovery Series mug collection for Virginia. Luckily, in this branch (2363 Roux St, Richmond VA) we found Been Here Series. Happy to have it. Staffs are courteuos as well.
