I was stopping here at least 4 times a week. Despite that, I am never greeted like they recognize me and no one has ever cared enough to ask me my name. And when I go through drive thru, I have a device shoved at me thru the window that doesn't even reach my vehicle and staff expects me to hang out my window to put in a tip and my card! Staff acts like you owe them a tip despite not eating or drinking inside and no one ever waiting on on you like a server would at a table. What is the tip for? Putting coffee in a cup? The service from the two staff members was excellent. From the moment we walked in to when we left, everything was handled professionally and pleasantly. One of the machines was down, and they went above and beyond by offering a discount for the inconvenience, which we really appreciated. The donuts looked and tasted fresh, and although the ice cream toppings were somewhat limited, they had the ones we wanted. Overall, a very positive experience.

Terrible experience every single time. Such a Long wait I hate coming to this location and only go here for Uber Eats orders as a driver. I must say your terrible slow service is costing us money holding us up 15 plus mins isn’t normal and needs to be checked or you guys need to strategize and change the way you run driver through, front lobby and delivery pick up orders. Never have isssues at the us19 curlew location-fast and orders are never wrong!!

I get Dunkin frequently and I have to say this location is one of my favorites. The staff here is always friendly and efficient. They’re all really personable which is hard to find in a fast food establishment. This location also has a baskin robins ice cream attached. The ice cream flavors change regularly and they have different deals as well. I def recommend asking the staff. The only thing I would say needs improvement would be to fix the speaker for the drive through. Other then that the location is kept very clean and everyone does a god job.
