The coffee, food, and all beverages are amazing. The taste and quality is top tier. The staff is so kind and friendly. Sometimes they don't have enough workers or your order takes a while to be ready but it's not really an issue. They have lots of customers and it's a small store. So I would recommend any Caribou to anyone!

I ordered a simple ice coffee with cream. I got an ice coffee with no cream and when I tried to get the coffee added with cream, the server only gave me three cream cups and didn’t even say anything about making a mistake. I also ordered two hot drinks and was never offended a coffee stopper on top of the lid.
