Very nice employees. She was so helpful and patient with my crazy grandsons. The munchkins were so good. And I got a ham and cheese stuffer. It was so good. I recommend trying that for sure. My coffe was done perfect! I am so grateful that they were very good with my grandsons. They are 7 and 8.

Unfortunately, I have given this location one too many chances hoping the food and coffees will get better. Three times I have ordered a toasted bagel, each time the bagel has been a rock hard. I pay extra for cream cheese, which they barely put any on. Its ridiculous! We also ordered snackin' bacon, which was very soft and fatty. The coffee was decent this last time. Service is always very slow at this location, even when there are no customers. Unfortunately, we won't be going back to this location... Its too expensive for cold, old food to which they cannot make correctly.

Service members are extremely petty and rude. Have complained to me about making my order multiple times. Today they even said “why don’t you just go to McDonalds” and then failed to give me the donuts I ordered. They probably would have gotten my ordered right if they weren’t complaining about doing their job the whole time

I am extremely disappointed with my recent visit to Dunkin’. I ordered an iced coffee with 5 creamers and 4 caramel swirls, but the drink I received was much darker than what you would expect with that amount of creamer and flavoring. This is not what I ordered or paid for, and the lack of accuracy has left me very dissatisfied. Because of this experience, I do not plan to return for a long time. It is unfortunate because I enjoy Dunkin’ but I cannot support a brand that is this unprofessional.
