My sister and I are loyal 7 brew drinkers. I typically go to the one in lees summit, but when I’m hanging out with her we go here. Today was the worst experience I’ve ever had at any coffee or fast food place. We ordered 2 of the same thing, iced chais with a shot. We get to the window and they must’ve forgot to ring in our orders because we had to replace it and give the phone number again. That’s fine, things happen. However, we proceeded to sit there and wait for 10+ minutes (again, not a huge issue) and listened to the workers talk negatively about their other coworkers, managers, etc. I

Updated: Nothing's changed but I wanted to add that Jennifer is the sweetest in the mornings! My husband and I have been coming here multiple times a week since they opened over two years ago. Sometimes you can tell the chillers are mixed by hand versus the machine, but overall we enjoy our drinks! Customer service has always been good and the rewards system is top notch. Affordable coffee compared to bigger chain coffee shops (ahem......😉).

I am a daily 7brew customer for awhile. My home store is in blue springs but this time i went to independence location. I gave my number and she read what one of my past drinks was and then i told her what I wanted also. I paid and tipped as always. When I left after getting my 2 drinks I had not gotten credit for them.this is the second time this has happened. Very irritated. Won't go back to this location as I don't get my points
