My wife and I ordered mobile here on January 11, 2026. We have been ordering here for 3 years and today was by far the worst experience we’ve ever had. Like usual, we ordered ahead with the mobile app for a 6 piece with a large lemonade with no ice (to prevent getting watery) to split between the two of us. First off, the lemonade tasted extremely watery, despite us intentionally ordering a lemonade with no ice to prevent watering down. It almost tasted like the cup was 2/3 water and 1/3 lemonade. I had heard great things so I expected the same: great portions and lemonade and this was not the case at all. My tenders were super small and undercooked and a small portion of cold fries. The lemonade was more like lemon water as well and the sauce was salty to me😫 I tried the HiC and it was watery as well but the Sweet Tea was amazing 👏🏽 🤩. Garlic bread was good too. Sad I didn't check my food on the way home.
