Walked into the store and saw an employee sitting next to the toaster oven with her feet up… pretty disgusting , so I just turned around and left.

At this point your literally just stealing from your customers. Like no wonder why your entire chain is failing. I order a elite chicken bacon ranch which already boasts "50% more toppings and meat". I pay EXTRA money too for double meat and my sub is bread and the veggies. Like you are just straight up thieves even allowing options to put more meat on sandwiches when you KNOW your going to still put less than even the standard portion is SUPPOSED to have. Come to subway if you like paying extra and $15 for a lettuce sub. Do everyone a favor and throw in the towel and go bankrupt already.

I'm pretty sure the manager was the one that made me wait almost 30 minutes for my food because I ordered it online. I'm a customer too and should have been out 5 people before the ones in the store. If I knew this I would have just got in line and had them make it.
