Last night I bought a italian sandwich and I was surprised, they changed the bread and its very small. The taste its different. I talked with the cook and he can't do anything, because the owner decided to change. It is very expensive for what you get.. probably I will not order from Factoria anymore. .

I felt happy and filled just fine when I and a friend dined in. Location is good! It is easily accessible thru the main road - Factoria Blvd. Where TMobile HQ is also housed. The food was Gastro-nomically terrific! Delicious to say the least. The receiving area/dining could use more seating caps. Or perhaps, not... because I noticed they're catering more of a take-out vibes type thing? The associate who took our order could use a bit more enthusiasm ;) but, kudos to him for all his efforts (working). I have ordered from this store before and the pizza is always good. Not as good as the Wallingford store, but better than Issaquah. I am reviewing today because there was a huge lag between when the pizza came out of the oven, and when it left the store. I ordered shortly after 2:00pm and was told 25-35 minutes on the app. The pizza was out of the oven and finished with its quality check at 2:29. By 2:55 it had not left the store yet. This prompted a call and the manager assured that it had left the store and to refresh my phone. When I checked again it had indeed left by 2:58. However, that t
