The staff there seriously need much better training based on what I experienced today. I ordered a #7 combo along with a half dozen donuts. My total came to around $11, and since I had a promotional offer for the half dozen donuts for $4.89, I believed I was getting my #7 combo included with my coffee and hash brown. While waiting at the counter, the employee handed me a bag with only one sandwich inside. I politely asked, “Doesn’t this come with a hash brown and coffee?” The staff looked confused, checked the monitor, then went to the cashier to confirm that I had ordered a #7. The cashier

Service was fine, very polite. They came to the counter quickly, took my order. After I was done with my first donut, I wanted some more. They were pleasant enough too quickly. Get me more tim bit's . Eastpointe,Mi 10 mile & Gratiot and I would certainly tell people to go there, even the drive through people are great. April at the drive through was really nice.

Just went thru the drive thru...no hash brown included in my meal. I live not far away...biscuit sandwich was already ice cold and soggy as if it was thawed out from frozen. I hoped the coffee would at least be okay..nope...watered down and weak.

I swear the staff here is working on half a brain cell between all of them. I'm not stupid, I know how the process to redeem points, works. These screenshots are exactly the way the app was when I presented it to the cashier. I have 3,184 points. It takes 440 points to redeem for a regular brewed coffee (I got a medium coffee with 2 cream, 4 sugar. Nothing fancy or extra) I had my chosen reward level selected, and the little toggle switched to "redeem my points" She goes to scan the QR code, and then tells me I don't have enough points to get my coffee, that I still need like 200 and some more
