All day breakfast is fantastic. Add a burger patty to an egg sandwich for a fantastic meal. On a side note, the orange lemonade was very good. Staff in the EP location are always so friendly 9/16/25 - stopped in for lunch. The staff is so friendly and quick. Got my order in and my food quickly. Hard to beat a 5 Guys burger and fries. Don’t forget to try the peanuts.

Absolutely unacceptable experience. I drove 25 minutes to this Five Guys location only to be told my order was “already picked up.” By who? Nobody could explain. No accountability, no apology, nothing. Just blank stares and “it’s gone.” This is the kind of careless, disorganized service that makes customers never come back. If you can’t even keep track of who picks up paid orders, why are you running a pickup system at all? I wasted my time, my gas, and my patience because this store can’t manage the basics. Zero communication. Zero responsibility. Zero customer care. If you value your time

I love five guys! Best chain restaurant burger I’ve ever had and this location didn’t disappoint. Quick service at a reasonable price always makes me happy I stopped in especially when I have limited time. The place was clean and the staff helpful.

Absolutely ridiculous. Went because my family has gluten allergies. I've been told and seen they are so careful at 5 guys. We get there and they don't even know what "gluten" is. For the love of God train your staff better.
