We waited about 30 minutes in line on an overcast Friday night, and the kitchen actually paused orders when we were two people away so they could catch up. Totally understandable if they’re slammed, but unfortunately the food didn’t justify the wait. I ordered the “jerk chicken nachos,” and I’m still not entirely convinced they were jerk chicken or nachos. The chicken wasn’t grilled or visibly seasoned like the jerk chicken I expected, there was no melted cheese to tie everything together, and the whole dish ate more like chicken salad served over tortilla chips than actual nachos. Waterfront is amazing. I appreciate the staffs and managers kindness to me even though I have autism and their food is amazing and really good. Owner Frank is very nice. The restaurant is in good condition. Amazing coconut crab cakes and jerk chicken nachos. Must come back. 10/10.
