Do not waste your time here. They simply do not know how to make coffee. Twice now I have gone to this location, and both times my coffees had absolutely zero flavor. They taste completely just coffee and creamer and nothing of caramel or butter pecan flavors. Avoid this place entirely if you want a decent cup.

I recently moved to Edgewood and went to Dunkin to grab a coffee, having never actually tried Dunkin' before. I wasn’t entirely sure what to order, but Miranda was working and she was just amazingly sweet! She was incredibly patient, walked me through the menu, and gave me a fantastic recommendation. Her excellent customer service and warm personality made my first visit unforgettable. Miranda is such a wonderful worker Dunkin' is lucky to have her! I will definitely be coming back.

Today February 23, 2026 at 1150am I ordered a medium caramel iced coffee with 2 strawberry frosted donuts and when I got the drink the cup burst from underneath and spilled all over my car. They replaced the drink but who is going to be responsible for getting my car cleaned? After multiple attempts trying to call corporate to get the issue resolved, there has been no response.

I was just at this place coming from a 7 hour flight and decided to stop here but the worker “Karen” rushed me to get my items done and I was still not done and she was talking smack about me with another co-worker and didn’t give me my receipt I tried to get it back and they took it out of the trash and gave it to me and she started laughing she’s very unprofessional and too old to do that job like if she don’t like it just retire!!!
