I love the fact that they have a counter person to take my order and not just the kiosks so many far did restaurants depend on these days. The sandwiches, soups and desserts are all very tasty. This particular restaurant seems to have a regular flow of customers. The decor, while warm and inviting, could use a good cleaning and update.

This was by far the best chain restaurant experience I’ve had. Immediately greeted by lovely (and muscular) Graham, who walked me through the menu and gave suggestions. My food came timely, and the furniture was spotless. Everyone on the line was lovely, and beyond kind. It was delicious, and I was waved good bye on my way out. I came in at 11:30, if you are hoping to recreate my experience. Once again, well done to everyone there. Highly recommended, I will be going back.

WHAT HAPPENED??? Panera used to have the BEST Chicken & Wild Rice Soup...hands down! What I ate today was TERRIBLE! It tasted like Soup that had been sitting in a can on the shelf for years or came out of a bag like mush! 🤮 Whatever they did, or didnt do, ya'll need to fix it! If you changed the recipe, go back to the old one! I ordered a half sandwich and cup of soup (which is small). I maybe had 6 bites and threw it out. Sooo disappointed! Panera...do better!
