The drive through lady was happy & very kind. Food came out quickly, the whole process of ordering & receiving food took 5 minutes!! I wish the coleslaw portion was larger for the price of the meal. Flavor was on point & so was the Cane's sauce! Thank you, will return!

Attempted to get a late lunch during the construction while it’s drive-thru only. Pulled in to the line at about 3:50 with 2 cars in front of us. Sat for about 5 minutes before we got to order. Made it to the window to pay at 3:59. Then were told to pull into a curbside spot because the naked tenders would take a minute. After 15 minutes, still no food. Walked back to the window (because you can’t go inside), had to wait behind another car. Told them we wanted a refund because we still hadn’t gotten our order, and they couldn’t even find it. UPDATE!!! CANES IS LISTENING!!!! I have gone back several times and they have corrected everything that I was disappointed in. Service is much faster, they stopped using Styrofoam foam containers when eating in, and the portions have matched the size of their other stores. Added note: THE LEMONADE IS REALLY GOOD. THEY KEEP IT BEHIND THE COUNTER SO BE SURE TO ASK FOR IT WHEN YOU PLACE YOUR ORDER. IT'S DELISH! I am going to bump these guys up to a well deserved 5 stars!
