I’m a regular at Sonic, and I usually grab the bacon, egg, and cheese Jr. breakfast burrito. At $1.99, it’s a great deal and surprisingly filling. But today’s drive-thru experience was a little different—I somehow ended up with what I can only describe as a “bacon, egg, and cheese burrito nugget.” Tiny, but still tasted good!

I had a very disappointing experience. I arrived to pick up my order and pressed the button in the stall. Tyler responded and said, “30 minutes,” but did not explain what that meant. When I asked for clarification, he did not respond. I pressed the button again and still received no response. Since nobody was responding, I went through the drive-thru. While other customers were being served, I asked Tyler about my order. Instead of helping, he spoke rudely and told me to go back and wait in the stall. All I was waiting for was a single Coke, and being told it would take 30 minutes without any

I used to take my kids to this sonic when they were little. They used to have the best customer service. So I still go here from time to time , but the customer service has definitely went downhill. But to encourage them I left a good tip and told em about how my boys used to love to come here.

$7.00 meal special at this Sonic was horrible! Chicken nuggets were hard and cold… french fries were soaked in grease and cold… and the hamburger was overcooked and tomatoes were not ripe! The only good thing about this meal was the drink! And…. They ask you if you want any drink or any sides without telling you they’re up charging you!
