Wow, this place was a gem. 3 of us for my birthday, none of us been here before and or was great. You must start with appetizer of French fries wish ash aioli which are not in the menu, THEY ARE SO YUMMY! Dinner took a bit of time but was totally fine. My $33 ash rubbed pork tenderloin was great temp, and the combo spaetzle, greens, mushrooms with a little nut was perfect in my mouth. The $33 steak salad was huge and the tiny 4 oz. Went to Charcoal in Edmonds on Saturday and had a great experience. We started with the pork belly and burrata, and both were delicious. For dinner, we each ordered the 12oz New York strip, which was cooked perfectly and full of flavor. The atmosphere and overall vibe were excellent. For drinks, we had the Kung Fu Lollipop and Tango with Frida, and both were fun, well-crafted, and definitely snuck up on you. Everything we tried was spot on, and we’ll definitely be back.

The bone-in prime ribs looked medium rare, but didn’t taste like it. It was rather dry and chewy. Pork tenderloin was also on the drier side. Scallops were too salty which took away the sweet scallop taste. Favorite thing was the baked potato sides. The mains were not good enough for us to want to spend more $ on desserts. Dinner was $130/person, definitely not the quality I hoped for.

Great food, service and amosphere! Was my wife's birthday, apparently you get a free glass of Bubbles for birthday celebrations! Steaks were delish, as was the asparagus. Main reasons we e went was because my wife absolutely LOVES Potatoes Pave,band these duck fat potatoes have were to die for!!! Really enjoyed it.
