I dont stop at Burger King often. But I had a craving. I've stopped at this Burger King before but usually get a chicken sandwich and haven't really had any complaints. This time I ordered a double whopper with cheese, no pickles. What a disaster. First the top bun had a hard spot. Couldn't eat that portion. I opened it up to put BBQ sauce, and the lettuce was barely visible, they barely put any on and what they did looked to be really soggy, the onions looked old. The only up side was the meat patties seemed fresh and hot and well cooked. Service didn't seem to like that I dont use the "order

The El Centro Burger King is horrible, went on 7/26/25 and there was a HORRIBLE STENCH in the place. We went ahead and ordered and it took them 5 times and still did not get the burger right, not sure if it was because the supervisor and staff only speak to you in spanish. They were rude and it was the worst experience at any Burger King I have been to. I'm going to go out of town from now on if I want Burger King. The staff before these people were so much nicer and always got our orders right, so disappointed since it's the ONLY Burger King in town.
