I really enjoyed my visit to Carl's Jr.. The food was very delicious, and the environment was actually really cute—definitely a date-night vibe, which I wasn’t expecting in the best way. The staff was pleasant overall, and even though they seemed a bit understaffed, everyone remained kind and welcoming, which I truly appreciated. My only concern was around cleanliness and presentation. I noticed the fry cook wasn’t wearing gloves and was moving in and out of the cooking area while touching things with bare hands. Did an online drive thru order. I ordered 3 sandwiches & kids meal. The kids meal didn’t have star nuggets instead it had Jalapeño poppers. Why in the Hell would you give a child Jalapeño Poppers. To top it off I call the Carls Jr on Peck in El Monte to let them know what they did & it goes straight to voicemail. They need new workers

I just placed my order in the drive thru about today January 23, 2026 around 7:20pm and the gentleman who was on drive thru orders was very rude and rushed me as I was ordering even tho I made a couple customizations to both of my combos. When I arrived to pay and when he gave me my order I had to ask for condiments 2 different times because he didn't listen and even tho I asked him twice he gave me the wrong condiment which I didn't notice until I got home. When I initially placed my order I asked for easy ice and that was not honored, my cup was full of ice. This man working the drive thru
