What’s the whole point of a reward system when they’re not going to honor it ? Today I went in spending $21 to get free fries . They told me I couldn’t get them because I got queso loaded fries for my combo. The app said to spend $5 for free fries. They told me I got a discount already etc. I’m a regular at del taco and queso loaded up charge is always 2.30 as they charged me for that. I had to pay the price of the fries just because I’m not spending $5 more to get the free fries. Every time I come to this Del Taco, something is wrong with my order — and they never fix it. The first time, they forgot my burrito. The next visit, they forgot my fries. I tried calling the store and no one answered. I submitted a complaint through corporate and even received confirmation that it was received, but no one ever followed up. Another visit, they didn’t put any sauce in the bag. This most recent experience was the final straw. I ordered online because there was a buy-one-get-one-free deal on Del Tacos. Went thru the drive thru for my order and a DD order. They have me the door dash order and then my order but forgot to give me my card back. I finished my delivery and called them and they told me that they didn't have anything so I went back to the store and they continue to tell me that no they didn't have anything and did they gave me the card back. So they are lying and they have essentially stolen my card.
