This location is just perfect. Everything was in stock when I stopped by. I made a large catering order and everything was correct. Food came out hot and my diners were happy. Food was nearly packaged and stored. I arrived a lil bit early and everything was there. Ordered some salad to go and they came out in less than 30 minutes

Each year I place an order for 100+ box lunches for a corporate meeting , and each year Panera Eldersburg meets and exceeds my expectations! They are nice to work with , delivery is on time and food is always good! Highly recommend their catering for your next event , party or meeting .

Dingy atmosphere, some ceiling tiles are buckles, scrapes and dings on the walls. Bathrooms were unkempt. Woman who took our order never acknowledged us, or looked at us; she barely spoke. Sandwich was meh, and the salad had a lot of the core so the lettuce in it, and not much of the green leaves. Overall mood of the place is depressing.

I recently visited the Panera Bread location in Eldersburg and had an unfortunate experience. I specifically requested no tomatoes on my sandwiches due to an allergy, yet upon arriving home, I discovered that my order still contained tomatoes. As a result, I was unable to consume the sandwiches, and they had to be discarded. This level of carelessness is disappointing, especially considering the health risk involved. I would appreciate a full refund for my order and expect that this oversight will be addressed to prevent future issues.
