There’s a pattern in the kitchen… when the tall African American manager’s on the window, my 5-layer beefy burrito turns into a 1-layer tortilla experience. If I wanted a plain tortilla, I’d have gone to the bread aisle and saved $6. Second, this Taco Bell closes at 1–2 a.m., so there’s no reason mobile orders should be turned off at 12:20. I only go for the Mobile Luxe Box. Feels like they’re just cutting it off early to start closing. This is by far the worst tacobell I have been to. Every time I go here the workers are slow and it takes them 20 minutes to get one person’s order complete. Tonight I ordered a luxe box on the app to be picked up when I got off work. When I got there, the app said my order should be ready and it was nowhere to be seen. Not only that, but there were no employees in the front of house. The only visible employee was in the back and on his phone. It also smelled like weed back there. Ordered with the app today Feb 5. My order included 2 burrito supremes, 2 crispy melt tacos, 2 chicken chipotle grilled burritos, 1 chicken power bowl, 1 soft taco and 1 hard taco. Got home to find- 1. Burrito supremes had no tomatoes, no sour cream. 2. Crispy melt tacos had no tomatoes, no sour cream and very little lettuce. 3. Chicken chipotle grilled burritos had no advocado sauce, very little cheese, one wasn't grilled, and one was ordered with rice added but it wasn't added. 4. Chicken power bowl had no advocado sauce, no tomatoes, no cheese, no sour cream and 4 pieces of chicken. 5. So
