Customer service is horrible. Trying to order only words i get is anything else. Handed my drink and the gentleman seemed irritated to do his job no words back after saying thank you. "Regret saying because thank you for what?" Get a large iced match with toasted almond. Missing a quarter of my drink and not even mixed... Whoever is the manager or even apart of the management team here needs to wake up and realize that his people are doing this because they are allowing this to happen. This is your standard really? Time and date is in the picture as well so you can follow up with your team. If

This is the worst Dunkin in the Elgin area. The food is always burnt and slapped together. Drinks are never full all the way and they fill the entire cup with ice even if you request light ice. Don’t order the matcha latte because you will just receive a cup of milk. They never give napkins or forget the straws. It’s always something wrong or missing. The workers always have an attitude and don’t have basic manners. I’ve wasted so much money at this location, I’d much rather drive 10-15 minutes to the next closest location.

Ordered a drink in the drive thru and it was made wrong. My latte was white, clearly missing espresso. I walk inside and kindly explain i would like my drink remade. Was immediately met with attitude from the employee, who asked for my receipt. I said i wasnt handed one but i just came theough the drive thru not even 2 minutes ago. She then talked about me with her coworker laughing while i stood 5 feet away listening to them talk about me. Handed me the cup and it was a mess on the outside sticky with syrup… and again the drink was all milk and this time syrup, still not a drop of coffee flav
