My 1st time visiting KFC since relocating to Elgin and had a taste for it and the minute I walk in the little (Hispanic) lady approached to take my order with a serious attitude and just cruel facial expression. I asked her was she mad and future displayed unprofessional attitude 1st and last time spending a dollar here. I will take my business elsewhere where I am appreciated.

My go to sandwich is the chicken sandwich. it always delivers. Place was clean and tidy. Bathrooms onsite were clean as well. I ordered the spicy chicken sandwich. It comes with their special spicy sauce on a large piece of chicken. They top it with a few slices of pickles. I recommend you guys try it. You won't be disappointed :) Urfavorite_realtor

One of the worst KFC I’ve ever been too. Rarely do I have chicken from here that is actually good. My 69 year old father goes here for nostalgia and honestly the people who work here are incredibly rude. They always give him chicken that is greasy af, has the skin falling off or super soggy. Had to post this because I’m tired of the staff doing a terrible job.this place use to be great a decade ago Update: Still trash just close already…
