I’ve been too understanding in the past…we have had MANY incorrect orders… and this location consistently gets our order wrong. One time my husband went in after going in the drive through to get it corrected and they had the audacity to tell him he “ordered wrong.” Well we had a mostly okay order last time though my diet Mountain Dew was mostly just seltzer water. I went in last night to pick up a mobile order at 9:58pm and stood there for over 10 minutes before anyone even acknowledged the people waiting i actually had to STOP one of the workers from walking past me. When I finally asked how much longer the order would take, not a single employee could give me an answer or even a basic ETA. I ended up waiting over 35 minutes. I decided to try the nuggets because they looked pretty good in the pictures Taco Bell posts but when I received my order I was at a loss for words. It felt like I was the victim of some type of horrible joke! I have never seen anything edible that looks like this, it literally looked like dry dog poop. Even tho I was disgusted I still decided to try eating them because i paid $20 for a steak quesadilla and the nugget combo on DoorDash which is also outrageous!
