I had an extremely disappointing experience at Sonic, and it’s honestly one of the worst fast food visits I’ve had in a long time. From the moment I pullied in, things just felt off. The drive-in stalls were dirty, with trash scattered around and what looked like old food left sitting near the curb. Not a great first impression. I placed my order through the speaker, and it took several minutes before anyone even responded. Placed was pretty busy and still quick as it should be. They need to update card readers for payment as some dont work at all and maybe go to tap pay as well. Other than that, not a bad place to grab a burger quick!

2 corn dogs (hot dog uncooked/batter STILL RAW) 1 Sonic Burger..... Sloppy and falling apart. 1 milkshake - came STRAIGHT LIQUID 1 lemonade add cream - came out (LEMONADE ONLY) Food came faster than ordering it. Had a feeling it wasn't quality. Got home, dogs wouldn't eat it. Take pride in what you do OR LET SOMEONE WHO MIGHT do it. Sad how quick these places are loosing tasteful food and employees that understand "WOULD YOU GIVE THAT TO YOUR GRANDMOTHER?"

So happy to be able to delete the last review I left and give 5 stars to the old management that came back! Ordered in the app and it was to us within 30 seconds of checking in, everything was hot and fresh (AND correct!) and the worker was very sweet!
