The taco bell @ germantown rd & 64 has GREAT customer service, food is always hot , everyone is always so kind and helpful. I cant leave multiple reviews , so ill do this. We are here alot, and every time we have had great service. We are here so much they know my name, my husband & granddaughter love taco bell. Please dont take away the managers or staff they are great! They need some raises.

The Taco Bell in Memphis/Cordova Tennessee at Hwy 64 and. Germantown Road there’s a wonderful lady by the name of Diane that works the drive-through. She is ALWAYS extremely pleasant. Always ask how your day is. How are you doing? She definitely goes above and beyond the customer service, she usually get at fast food restaurants.

I never usually leave reviews, but today I had the best taco bell experience of my life. I've never been done wrong by this specific location but today they pleasantly surprised me still. I've been having a rough day so I went to this location and ordered on the app and came in. My food was pretty much done but I was surprised to see it wasn't at the pick up station. The 9$ discovery box is advertised on the menu. She said they didn’t have the flamin hot only Doritos….ok. So I get that! For starters food was falling out the wrappers looked like it was just dumped in the bag. Second 1 item was missing which was the burrito.
