ASK for Receipts and Count your change. The female Manager taking orders in drive the through charged me $3.00 extra for a key loop I was not offered and didnt ask ffor.i was given $1.80 change for $27.00 order. When I asked the boy for a receipt, he told her and she had to reopen the check and void the charge And print the receipt. Then I told her they gave me the wrong change. $22.16 ($24.07 with tax) out of $30.00. She gave me 2 dollars more in quarters and said they didnt have more singles. Shorting me still the $3.00 charge for a key loop I never asked for and was not offered. If I didnt

This establishment has great Managers in the evening. Unfortunately, the young lady named Ashley should not be working at the drive thru taking orders. She didn’t comply with Wendy’s protocol intro , she didn’t reiterate my order to make sure my order was correct. Thankfully the evening Manager was there to make sure my order wasn’t missing anything. I recall you had to start washing dishes or making fries before moving up to grill and dealing with customers. Please remove her from the drive thru with customers.

Food is good, but every time I go the drive thru, I’m always asked to pull the side and wait an additional 10 more minutes before I get my food…thought this was fast food😂

Did a mobile order off my phone and it took them 20 minutes to bring my food they are the then give my food to the wrong car. They all need to be fired
