This is a great Taco Bell. The people are always friendly, the food is good and the service is quick. I like using the mobile app so that I don’t have to talk with the automated voice and I also collect points for free items quickly. With all the automation, there so so few people actually working in the place - I appreciate the hard work they do and the tasty food they produce. Will continue to visit this location.

From the second I walked in there with my friends we heard them say they didn’t want to be working today and can’t wait to leave. I ordered food on the kiosk and didn’t realize I accidentally added steak to my tacos. They had called me up and had asked me if I wanted just the beef or just the steak in my tacos. I was confused because I know that I just wanted a beef taco once I realized that I added steak by looking at my receipt I asked if they could refund me. They looked at each other and the manager said no because I already ordered it meanwhile they didn’t even make the tacos yet. Obvious

Not entirely sure what happened. Ordered delivery through the app around midnight and it didn’t arrive until almost 3am. It was still hot, which leads me to believe that there was some egregious delay in actually cooking the food as opposed to the driver being slow.

Taco Bell at this location is very clean! The employees are always nice. The wait is sometimes long at peak hours and late night but it’s not too bad. Orders are usually correct without missing items or wrong items. Only con would be that they don’t offer every item that the other local Taco Bell has, and they also have slightly higher prices for the same items as the Taco Bell down the road. ***Update: This Taco Bell has nice employees but the orders take a very long time, especially the ones for delivery.
